Terms of use
Terms for using Balodia Tools: authorized data, acceptable use, output verification, service availability, ownership and contacting the Jaipur-based operator.
Service and acceptance
These terms govern use of tools.balodia.com, operated by Manish Balodia in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the processing tools. Questions can be sent to contact@balodia.com.
Tools provides free developer utilities without an account or saved-result history. Use the service only where you are legally able to do so and, if acting for an organization, are authorized to submit its data.
Authorized and acceptable use
Submit only material you have the right and authority to process. Do not submit stolen credentials, infringe others’ rights, violate applicable law, attack systems, probe unrelated infrastructure, distribute malicious content or bypass our limits and protections.
Keep original copies and use fictional examples when investigating unfamiliar data formats. Do not depend on this service as an emergency, safety-critical, authentication or production secret-management system.
Your data, results and site materials
You retain any rights you hold in your input. You authorize the transient processing needed to carry out your requested operation and return its result; submitting input does not transfer ownership to us. Data handling is described in Privacy.
You are responsible for reviewing and lawfully using results. Site branding, layout and original explanatory material remain subject to their applicable rights. These terms do not grant a right to misuse Balodia branding or override licenses applying to third-party material.
Verification and practical limits
Each tool has defined formats, options, size/work budgets and unsupported cases. Results can be unsuitable for another implementation or use case even when processing succeeds. Test outputs in their intended environment and read the Disclaimer.
JWT decoding does not verify a signature. Encoding is not encryption. Token estimates are heuristic. Provider-schema checks cover only their named subset. Generated passwords, tokens and identifiers are produced on the server, so assess hosting visibility before relying on them.
Availability, changes and restrictions
We may change tools, fix behavior, apply limits or suspend access to protect the service or comply with obligations. There is no uptime commitment, result recovery or promise that a particular tool will remain available. Do not automatically retry failed secret-generation requests.
Abusive or unlawful use may be restricted. We may update these terms and their last-updated date; applicable changes take effect when published, subject to any notice required by law.
Disclaimers and mandatory rights
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a promise of error-free operation, fitness for a particular purpose, complete security or compatibility with every format, provider or model. You must make an independent assessment before relying on a result.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Any limitation applies only to the extent the applicable law permits; it is not a waiver of non-excludable rights.
Law, disputes and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, subject to mandatory protections that apply to you. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Jaipur, Rajasthan may hear disputes where legally permitted; this does not remove any mandatory right to another competent court or authority.
