JSON WORKSPACE
JSON to CSV
Export flat records with explicit spreadsheet protection.
Input is processed on this site only when you run the tool. The application does not save inputs or results.
input.json
Result result.txt
A little clarity goes here.
Run the tool to see your result.
Result preview
UTF-8 text, at most 65536 bytes per input. Tab leaves the editor. Plain text disables syntax colors. Browser textareas may normalize line endings to LF.

A familiar workflow,
with room to focus.
Paste an array of flat JSON objects with unique keys.
Choose a delimiter and deliberate spreadsheet protection mode.
Convert and inspect any warning before downloading the CSV source.
When to use JSON to CSV
Export a small array of flat JSON records for inspection in a delimited-text workflow.
Read the result
Columns follow the union of encountered keys. Missing and null become empty cells; review the spreadsheet-protection warning and exact file text before opening it in spreadsheet software.

Formats, limits and common errors
Use flat objects, remove duplicate keys, and review missing/null/type conversion.
- Columns use union in first-seen order. Missing/null values become empty cells; booleans and number spellings are preserved as text. Nested values, NUL and all-empty objects are unsupported.
- At most 1,000 records, 64 columns and 10,000 data cells. Every field/header is quoted; double quotes are doubled; rows end with CRLF.
- Protect mode prefixes an apostrophe for spreadsheet-sensitive cells/headers, including negative numbers, and warns when data changes. Raw mode always warns of spreadsheet formula execution. This is not a universal spreadsheet security guarantee or type-preserving round trip.
- Spreadsheets may reinterpret CSV numbers/dates and lose large-integer precision. Exact file text does not guarantee exact spreadsheet cell types.
- Input: 65,536 UTF-8 bytes per text field. Output: at most 524,288 UTF-8 bytes; serialized responses have a separate 1 MiB ceiling. Size/work failures return no partial result.
