BALODIA DEVELOPER TOOLS
Privacy policy
How Balodia Tools handles submitted text, operational records, browser preferences and privacy requests. Operated by Manish Balodia in Jaipur, India.
Who operates this service
Balodia Tools at tools.balodia.com is operated by Manish Balodia, based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. Contact contact@balodia.com for privacy questions, requests or complaints. This policy covers Tools; other Balodia websites have their own notices.
Data you choose to process
When you explicitly run a tool, your input and options are sent to our server to perform that operation and return a result. Typing or pasting alone does not submit input. We do not save submitted tool content or generated output in an application history, account, database or result cache.
Processing responses use no-store headers. Tool content is not sent to an external AI service. Do not submit passwords, credentials, private keys, personal information or confidential material unless you are authorized to process it and have assessed the server-processing risks.
Technical data and why it is used
The server receives connection information such as your network address to deliver requests. Bounded rate controls use a keyed pseudonymous client identifier instead of writing a raw address into application counters. We use these controls to prevent abuse and keep the service available; pseudonymous data is not anonymous.
Application operational records may contain a timestamp, request identifier, registered tool identifier, fixed result/error code, duration and bounded input byte count. They do not contain submitted text, generated results, raw network addresses, request bodies, raw query strings or exception traces. We use these records to diagnose failures and protect the service.
Retention and service providers
Application operational logs are capped at seven daily files of up to 1 MiB each, with bounded cleanup during logging; a failed or capped log can be skipped. Rate counters are bounded operational state, not a record of tool content. Clearing the visible editor does not guarantee erasure from browser or server memory.
Bluehost supplies hosting infrastructure. Hosting, network, security, backup and email providers may process connection data or support correspondence separately from application records, including for security and legal retention. Provider log retention, request capture and processing locations are not represented by the application log cap. Contact us for information about the providers and arrangements relevant to your request.
Google Analytics and service improvement
On the production website, Google Analytics 4 starts automatically on public pages to help us understand visits, general device and browser information, page engagement, tool usage and fixed success or failure categories. Google receives analytics requests and connection information, including the network address needed to receive them; its processing may occur outside India. Google is a separate service provider, so this is not a claim of no third-party data sharing.
Our analytics integration does not send editor text, search terms, tool options, submitted content, generated results, passwords, tokens, request bodies, error messages or request identifiers. Page locations exclude query strings and fragments; referral information is limited to an origin. We do not use a User-ID or join analytics records to tool submissions.
Analytics storage is enabled automatically, without an on-site consent banner or opt-out control. Advertising storage, advertising user data, personalization and Google signals are disabled in our tag configuration. Google may set host-only first-party analytics cookies to distinguish visits. Analytics can be unavailable when blocked by a browser, extension or network; the tools still work.
Preferences, correspondence and disclosure
Your browser may store theme and wrap preferences in local storage. We do not put tool content there, and the site does not load third-party fonts. The Cookies & storage page explains preferences and Google Analytics cookies.
If you email us, we process your address, message and any attachments to answer you, resolve the issue and meet applicable obligations. We retain correspondence only as needed for those purposes and relevant legal or dispute requirements. Do not email secrets or unnecessary personal information.
We do not sell tool submissions or use them to train AI models. Service providers, including Google for analytics and Bluehost for hosting, process information for the purposes described here. Access or disclosure may also be needed for applicable law, a valid legal request, security response or protection of legal rights. External services have their own policies.
Your choices, requests and complaints
You can browse descriptions without submitting tool content, avoid sending sensitive material, clear local preferences and contact contact@balodia.com about information we hold. Depending on applicable law and the processing involved, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent where relied on, or other available rights. We may need proportionate information to verify a request; please do not send identity documents unless requested.
We use information to provide your requested operation, operate and protect the service, respond to correspondence and comply with applicable obligations. Where a consent or other lawful basis is required, it applies according to the relevant law and circumstances. Withdrawing consent does not affect earlier lawful processing; data needed for an applicable obligation may still be retained.
Address privacy complaints to Manish Balodia at contact@balodia.com. We will review and respond within applicable legal timelines. This does not limit any right to approach a competent regulator or authority. The developer service is not directed to children; contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information that needs attention.
Security and policy changes
We use bounded processing, same-origin requests, safe output rendering and application data-minimization controls. No internet service or hosting environment can guarantee absolute security or confidentiality.
Material changes will be reflected in this policy and its last-updated date. Review it when using a tool with sensitive requirements. Contact us if a statement needs clarification.
